Returns and Refunds:

1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund please contact support@shopitsgiving.com within 30 days of purchase.
2. Time Frame: You may initiate a return within 30 days from the date of purchase. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
3. Return Authorization: Before returning any product, please contact our customer service team at support@shopitsgiving.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Products returned without an RA number will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping: We will provide a return shipping label via email. The return must be dropped off to UPS or USPS within 7 days of recieving the shipping label.
5. Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Products:

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@shopitsgiving.com. We will work with you to arrange a return and replacement at no additional cost.

Cancellations:
